Delivery Time
All orders ship from our overseas warehouse. Delivery time varies by shipping method but generally takes 7–20 business days. Please review the estimated shipping times before placing your order to avoid delays.

Remote Area Surcharge for Expedited Shipping
Deliveries to remote areas in Australia are subject to an additional $40 AUD surcharge for expedited shipping. If this fee is not feasible, we recommend choosing Australia Post to save on costs. To check if your address is considered remote, please contact us at support@aussiehoodie.com.
Expedited Shipping Refund Policy
If you paid for expedited shipping and your order does not arrive within 7–15 business days (excluding processing time), we will refund the $25 AUD base shipping component of the expedited fee. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to request a refund.
- Orders with free expedited shipping are not eligible for a shipping-fee refund.
- The $40 AUD remote-area surcharge, if applicable, is not refundable.
- The insurance portion included with expedited service is not refundable.
International Shipping (EU, UK, Canada)
For orders shipped via DHL Express to the European Union, United Kingdom, or Canada, import taxes and duties may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Standard shipping may be more cost-effective but typically takes longer than DHL Express’s estimated 5–7 business days.

1. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Free economy shipping may apply to international orders during promotions. Customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws are your responsibility.
2. Are there shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do ship to PO Boxes; however, expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
3. What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of purchase, please contact Customer Service. We will promptly offer a refund or replacement.
3b. What if my package is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a refund according to your preference after verification with the carrier.
4. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No. We do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
