We offer free shipping for some situations:
  • Expedited shipping: Free for orders over $300 AUD.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SURCHARGE FOR REMOTE AREA

  • If the item needs to be shipped to a remote area in Australia, there is an additional fee of 40 AUD for expedited shipping. This is because remote areas are more difficult and expensive to reach.
  • The logistics will provide information regarding remote areas. If customers can not afford to pay the remote area fee, we kindly suggest that customers opt for Australia Post to save on costs.
  • To verify whether your address is a remote area or not, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@aussiehoodie.com

EXPEDITED SHIPPING REFUND

  • If you pay for expedited shipping and do not receive your item within 7-15 business days (Excluding processing time), we will refund the shipping cost of $25 AUD.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND FOR THE ORDERS WE OFFER FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING.

EU – UNITED KINGDOM – CANADA CONSUMERS

All orders shipped to the EU, UNITED KINGDOM AND CANADA by DHL Express are subject to import taxes and duties. These taxes and duties are determined by the customs authorities in the country of destination and are payable by the recipient.
To estimate the amount of taxes and duties that you may owe, please visit the website of the customs authorities in your country of destination.
We also recommend that you consider changing to standard shipping. Standard shipping is less expensive than DHL Express, and it is still a reliable and efficient service. However, it is important to note that standard shipping may take longer than DHL Express 5-7 business days.

1. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free economy shipping is valid on international orders.Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

2. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses, but we are able to send shipments to PO Boxes.
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If the order has not arrived to you within 45 days since the order was placed, please contact Customer Service. For sure, we will offer a refund or replacement right now.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
