Aussie Hoodie provides users with a platform to sell their own merchandise. All users contractually agree to our terms before using Aussie Hoodie services. We strictly prohibit the use of our services to sell merchandise that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and rights of publicity.
It is Aussie Hoodie’s policy to block and remove any content believed in good faith to infringe the rights of third parties upon receiving a proper notice. We may also terminate services for repeated infringements.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by an Aussie Hoodie user, please notify us at support@aussiehoodie.com. Your notification must include the following information:
If you believe a claim of infringement was submitted in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Be aware that materially misrepresenting your claim may result in liability for damages, including legal fees. If uncertain, please consult an attorney before filing a counter-notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may send a copy to the complaining party, notifying them that the removed material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless legal action is taken by the complainant.
If Aussie Hoodie receives repeated reports of unauthorized use of intellectual property by a user, we may suspend or terminate that user’s account. We track repeat offenses and take appropriate enforcement actions.
Aussie Hoodie also reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, even without multiple prior offenses.
