Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Process

To begin a return, contact us at support@aussiehoodie.com. Please do not send back any items before your return is approved. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.

Shipping Costs

• For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized (made-to-order) products
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale items follow the same return policy as regular items.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges because our products are made to order. Customers may return an item if eligible and place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, provided items are in their original condition with proof of purchase.
