Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

1. Order Handling & Processing Time

All Aussie Hoodie items are made to order. Handling time refers to the production period required to custom-print, quality-check, pack, and prepare your items before dispatch.

  • Apparel - Hoodies, T-shirts, and Polos: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Accessories: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Footwear & Home Décor - Bedding Sets: 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that handling time does not include transit time. Transit time begins once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Domestic Delivery Times & Costs - Australia

We deliver across all Australian states and territories. The table below outlines estimated transit times and shipping fees for metropolitan, regional, and remote delivery areas.

3. International Shipping Information

We also offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

4. Shipping Carriers & How to Track Your Order

To help ensure your order arrives safely, we work with reliable domestic and international shipping carriers.

  • Carriers Used: Depending on your delivery address and shipping route, your parcel may be delivered by Australia Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

How to track your order:

  1. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
  2. This email will include your tracking number and a direct tracking link to the carrier’s website.
  3. Click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view the latest delivery updates. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to show the first tracking events.

5. Delays and Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season congestion, incorrect delivery details, or customs clearance delays.

However, if your parcel has not arrived within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and may offer a full refund or a free replacement where appropriate.
